Return & Refund Policy

At Elanora Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every piece of jewelry before dispatch to ensure premium quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, boxes, and accessories are included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items on sale or discount (if applicable)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if you choose to apply this rule)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable)

Exchange Policy

We also offer exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Damaged product received

Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs
  • In other cases, customer will bear return shipping charges
